Brief & Drawings — Send deck shape, size, ply count and artwork files, or let our engineers help finalize the structure.
Sample Approval — First sample ready in 10–14 days, with measured concave, warp and load data report.
Mass Pressing — Cold press, curing, trimming, drilling and sanding — fully batch-traceable through production.
Printing & Packing — Heat transfer or screen print artwork, top coat, then labeled and cartoned to brand spec.
Inspection & Shipping — Buyer or third-party SGS / BV inspection, then full-container loading within 7 days of approval.

About YOBANG

YOBANG Skate Factory is located in Gushan Town, Yongkang, covering 9,600 m². Since 1997 we have focused exclusively on skateboard deck and complete-board manufacturing. The facility houses its own wood drying room, cold-press workshop, CNC machining center, dust-free printing line and final assembly line. Our clients are primarily overseas skateboard brands, sporting-goods retail chains and export trading companies, supplying North American, European and Australian markets long-term. The factory is ISO 9001 certified, BSCI audited, and also holds FSC certification and GRS certification, and supports third-party annual audits. We do not retail, and we never compete with our clients' brands. All molds, artwork and structural data are protected by NDA and remain the exclusive property of the commissioning party.
